DRAFT — REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH.
Terms
This is a structured working draft. It does not contain final contractual terms, liability provisions or jurisdiction-specific guarantees.
1. Service and operator
Twenty Three Method is a training platform in development. The legal operator, registered address, governing law and contact procedures must be confirmed. Product contact: info@twentythreemethod.com.
2. What the current beta provides
Phase one provides the website, beta interest form, account shell and a generator preview. Program sessions, workout generation, saved equipment profiles and history are not yet available. Planned features may change.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Use your own email address, keep your password private and do not misuse access or attempt to interfere with other users or the service. The final agreement must define eligibility, account suspension, termination and appeal processes.
4. Training information
Future training content will need clear instructions, appropriate scaling and defined limits. The final terms must accurately describe the service, user responsibilities and the scope of training information. This draft is not a substitute for that review.
5. Pricing and subscriptions
No paid subscription or checkout is active in phase one. Any future charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds and applicable consumer rights must be disclosed and reviewed before paid access begins.
6. Content and ownership
The final agreement must define ownership and permitted use of program content, user submissions and saved workouts without claiming rights the operator does not hold.
7. Availability, liability and disputes
Appropriate provisions for service changes, downtime, liability, dispute resolution and applicable mandatory rights remain to be drafted by a qualified reviewer. No blanket exclusion or legal guarantee is asserted here.
8. Before launch
Confirm the legal operator, eligibility, training scope, consumer rights, privacy terms and governing law. Obtain legal review and publish the approved version before a public commercial launch.
